What actually made the most difference for me in Odyssey is the difference in voice acting styles. Not saying Alexios's is bad, just that I didn't care for it. I preferred Kassandra's more serious tone. But, as a general rule I pick the female characters in games that offer a choice, because I'd rather watch a female character than a male one.
